For sale is a vintage, official Quinnipiac Braves (now Quinnipiac University Bobcats) pregame batting practice windbreaker warm-up jersey. This is an official item, used during the 2001 Braves baseball season -- the final year where the moniker "Braves" was used.
The 2000-2001 school year was the first year Quinnipiac was known as a "University" rather than a "College," and it was the final season QU was known as the "Braves" (the team became the "Bobcats" in 2003; however, in 2002, the school had no official mascot, as the name change was submitted to the NCAA too late for the '01-'02 athletics season).
FEATURES:
This windbreaker warmup jersey is a short-sleeved Rawlings. It features a pullcord at the bottom to tighten around the waist, and a breathable vent in the back.
Size is Men's XL.
The shell is 100% water-resistant nylon, and the lining is 100% polyester.
The "Quinnipiac Braves" logo with the feather on the "Q" is embroidered on the breast, and number 32 is embroidered on one of the upper sleeves.
This item has been stored for 20 years in a dry, smoke-free home. It has recently been laundered and line-dried, and is in perfect, like-new condition.
