Rob Trudo Syracuse Orange Game Worn & Signed Orange & Black Nike Superbad Gloves
Rob Trudo is a former offensive guard and center for the Syracuse Orange. Trudo attended Farrell High School in PA. At Farrell, he was a 4-year starter both ways for Coach Jarrett Samuels and was named to the 2009 and 2010 Associated Press Class A All-State 1st Team. Besides his great success in helping the Farrell team to records of 14-1 and 13-2 his last two seasons, he was also Class and National Honor Society president.
After redshirting his freshman year in 2011, he was a mainstay of the Syracuse line and also a constant honoree on All-Academic teams. Trudo won four letters at Syracuse and served as team captain his senior year. He had a great year and graded out as the top offensive lineman in several games. In his first of two starts at center, he anchored a front five that helped the team rush for a season-high 312 yards. Against then-No. 1 Clemson, he helped the team rush for 242 yards –– the most given up by the Tigers’ defense all year.
In 2015-16, the Syracuse University offensive lineman, for a 3rd time, was named to the All-ACC Academic Football Team. Trudo is one of only five players on 2015 Syracuse 56-man squad who were named three times in their careers. To be eligible, a student-athlete must have earned a 3.0 grade-point average for the previous semester and maintained a 3.0 cumulative average during his undergraduate work. Grad students need to maintain a 3.5 average. Trudo, who already earned dual undergraduate degrees in economics and political science and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in instructional design, development and evaluation.
The featured orange and black Nike Gloves were game worn by Rob Trudo as a member of the Syracuse Orange. The former Syracuse Orange captain has signed both Gloves and added “Game Worn” to the left one and “Go Orange” to the right one. The inside wristband of each glove features “RT 55” in black. The Gloves show great use!!!
